Shipping

All online orders in Ireland are shipped via An Post registered post (€4.95).
Please note that additional charges will apply for international orders, shipping costs will be automatically added at the checkout.

 

Returns

We work very hard at NHP to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase however if you are not satisfied with your order we have the following returns policy

You have 28 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process any return or exchange requests. We do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us via email at hello@niamhhayespottery.com. In your email, provide the following information:

• Your order number.
• The reason for the return or exchange.
• Clear photographs of the item, showcasing its current condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your package is safely returned to us.
